Abstract

The research work determined the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction. The study is of a correlated, non-experimental and transactional type, constituted by a sample of 208 workers of the castañeras companies of Puerto Maldonado, during the year 2016. The Quality instrument of the Ministry of Health was applied to measure the first variables and the instrument S 20/23 of Melía and Peiró to measure the second. The results indicate, by means of the statistical Chi-square analysis, that there is a correlation with a coefficient of 63, 426 and a value equal to 0.000 (p <0.05). Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, concluding that when the worker perceives a better organizational climate, they experience greater job satisfaction.
