The objective of this research is to publicize the relationship between Strategic Planning and Administrative Management in the Distribution Management of the Union Product Application Center, Lima - 2018. The methodology corresponds to a quantitative cross-sectional study of the descriptive type correlational correlation; the method of the technical survey has been used and applied to a sample of 68 workers. The instrument used in the first variable Strategic Planning consists of 5 dimensions: Mission, vision, internal and external diagnostic diagnosis, objectives, strategy formulation, and evaluation. The second variable is administrative management which consists of 4 dimensions: planning, organization, management, and control. With 20 items each variable doing adding a total of 40 items and present the answers according to the Likert scale. It could be concluded In conclusion that the variable strategic planning, in its dimensions it is shown that the workers perform them at a high level so that the management performs its mission very well., Regarding the variable administrative management, in its four dimensions, it is at a high level, therefore they have a very good administrative management. In relation to the general hypothesis, it is concluded that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between strategic planning and administrative management. This is observed with the contrast of the hypothesis test being the chi - calculated value equal to (8.90), which is greater than the chí-critic (6.2), with 4 degrees of freedom, whose value p-value = 0.010 is less than the 0.05 significance value.
