Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the level of perception of the labor performance of the workers of the municipality of Lince. This study is descriptive with a non-experimental design. To measure the perception of job performance in a sample of 60 workers, the “Individual Work Performance (IWP)” instrument was used, as adapted by Widyastuti & Hidayat (2018), consisting of the dimensions: task performance; counterproductive behaviors; performance in context. To obtain the results, statistics were applied. Regarding the demographic characteristics of the collaborators, the majority were found to be male and between the ages of 30 and 41, and the majority were also 42 years of age or older with work experience in the company from 1 to 3 years. Both the work performance and its dimensions were perceived at a moderate level, this implies that the collaborators see as necessary a planned activity that allows the prior knowledge of the citizens, as well as performance on the task; counterproductive behaviors; performance in context. In addition, the collaborator feels they have a level of performance and dedication to the municipality.
