Abstract

The aim of the investigation is to determine the perception of the labor performance by means of the evaluation of 360 degrees in the workers of the area of operations of the Clinical Good Hope Miraflores, 2015. The evaluation of 360 degrees is a basic tool to possess different perspectives, to take good decisions and to improve the administrative management of a company. The type of investigation was quantitative with descriptive scope. The sample was shaped by 244 persons composed by chiefs, executives, collaborators, and clients. The sampling was in use of probabilístico. The results of the evaluation of 360 degrees of the labor performance, it shows that this model is applicable to the Clinical Good Hope, although 71 % of chiefs perceives that the evaluation of 360 degrees of the labor performance is high, for 36 % of executives the labor performance is high, and for 54 % of the collaborators the labor performance is average.
